How to whitelist us

We are aware that our newsletters and other email communication (event registration confirmations, subscription confirmations, links to webinars, etc.) may sometimes land in spam or not arrive at all. One of the reasons for this may be that we use Click Dimensions to deliver these messages and some email filters automatically block emails, which appear to have been sent by Hamilton Medical but actually originated outside of our network. To ensure you receive newsletter and other messages from Hamilton Medical, you or your organization can add the domain to your list of safe senders. However, as your organization may have its own policy regarding safe senders, we recommend that you check your spam folder on a regular basis.

To add it to your safe senders in Outlook

  • On the Home tab, click Junk, and then click Junk E‑mail Options.

  • Under the Safe Senders tab, add @global‑hamilton‑medical.com to the Safe Senders list.
