Neonatal ventilation: Setup and operation on the HAMILTON-C1/T1/MR1

Using the example of the HAMILTON-C1, this video is going to show you how to setup the ventilator, how to initiate ventilation, and how to adjust the neonatal ventilation modes. It works the same way on the HAMILTON-T1 and the HAMILTON-MR1.

The neonatal function works the same way on all three devices and enables you to provide optimal care for even the tiniest patients, regardless of the location. Using the example of the HAMILTON-C1, we take you through the steps required to set up the ventilator, including insertion of the neonatal expiratory valve and connection of the neonatal flow sensor. We then show you how set control parameters and alarms, carry out the preop checks and start ventilation, as well as how to switch to nCPAP modes.
