Let’s get certified. Our training programs for service technicians

In our service training programs, technicians learn about the device's inner workings and how to perform mandatory maintenance, servicing, and repairs.
Only technicians who have completed the training and received a certificate are authorized to service our devices.

This training covers the following topics:

  • Out of the box installation

  • Ventilator functions

  • Pneumatics

  • Electronics

  • Preventive maintenance

  • Service software

  • Electrical safety test

  • Reporting and archiving

The modules are a mix of e-learning modules and self-study supported by video tutorials and service manuals. To get certified, you need to pass the test and complete specific tasks with documentation. Optional live sessions are also available.

This training covers all the topics included in the engineer's preventive maintenance training, as well as the following:

  • Product assembly 
  • Product disassembly
  • Live Q&A session

The programs are a mix of e-learning modules and self-study supported by video tutorials and service manuals, plus a live Q&A session. To get certified, you need to pass the test and complete specific tasks with documentation.
